REGULAR Adjustable Lavor Punch Needle 5,5 mm

Punch needling is such a fun craft that is simple and easy to learn, while allowing you to create beautiful things. When I started a few years ago, I was immediately hooked. Consider yourself warned: it’s very addictive.

REGULAR ADJUSTABLE PUNCH NEEDLE 5.5mm:
This punch needle can be adjusted to 7 different heights, creating various loop heights in your work. This feature makes punch needling very enjoyable, as you can easily add texture to your piece. The height is very easy to adjust: simply move the lever over the notches and turn until it clicks into place. The handle is made from recycled plastic.

It is possible to thread this needle with chunky yarn, and even super chunky yarn that is very squishy. If you prefer to use fine yarn, simply thread the needle twice. A threader is included to help you thread the needle.

Optional: the special Lavor threader to make threading easier. The needle always comes with a metal thread.

THREADER:
In my YouTube tutorials, I demonstrate how to easily use a WEAVING NEEDLE as a threader for the adjustable punch needle. This weaving needle is no longer available. You can now add the Lavor threader in the dropdown menu.

BASE FABRICS:
For working with a punch needle, I recommend using Monk's Cloth as a base. I find that a count of 11 - 14 works best (24×26 is another way of measuring that is also good).
